Joanne is our delegate support expert. Joanne brings a wealth of experience in this crucial field of modern learning having worked for 30 years in one of the Europe’s top research Universities, where she specialised in learner engagement and providing support to ensure the best learning experience and help in achieving the best results possible.
Her extensive experience has seen Joanne work with delegates from around the world, giving her a broad knowledge of the challenges often faced by remote international study. This knowledge coupled with her experience of working with delegates from widely diverse backgrounds and supporting delegates across a spectrum of disabilities means there is little in the way of challenges learners may face that she does not have experience of dealing with.
Passionate about enabling people to achieve their absolute best Joanne is acutely aware that engaging in any kind of study whether that be professional development or formal qualification alongside an already busy career can be a daunting task. Recognised by those who have worked with her for her exceptional people skills, her approachable nature and the ability to help learners achieve their very best, Joanne is a firm believer that even the most motivated people can struggle to engage at times and need that support to stay on track and achieve their full potential.
