A comprehensive and ambitious programme like KRIM™ requires oversight, which is provided by the Programme Board.
The Programme Board is an advisory Board which provides recommendations to the Programme director on KRIM™’s overall quality, practical value and effectiveness of learning methodology, also considering KRIM™’s intended target audience, timelines, cost and impact on benefits for participating organizations. The Programme Board invites external experts to its meetings where their skills are pertinent to the particular subject matter being discussed.
The Programme Board will provide formal recommendations on the ways in which KRIM™ could or should present global best practice.
The KRIM™ Programme Board members have been identified to bring expertise from a range of different perspectives including academic expertise, practitioners’ expertise and legal counsel.
Members do not formally represent a particular constituency and have been selected to ensure that appropriate and balanced advice is provided.
