Leslie Fair

Leslie is the Founder & Principal of Inclusion Strategies, an enterprise that she established in 2018 following decades of international service. In her respective roles as Senior Stress Counsellor and Senior Training Officer within the United Nations Department of Safety and Security, Leslie managed, developed, and delivered diverse crisis management and learning programmes. She has extensive experience serving as a family liaison during hostage crises and as psychosocial consultant. During her tenure with the United Nations, she responded to more than 1,000 global critical incidents--including 13 hostage incidents. Leslie has also collaborated on the development of the UN Guidelines for the Psychosocial Aspects of Hostage Incident Management.
Leslie views herself, fundamentally, as a humanitarian and, as such, particularly values the KRIM Programme’s commitment to humanity, peace and security.
An alumnus of Howard University, Leslie has, in addition to working as a professional trainer/facilitator, counselor, and psychologist, a master’s degree in education and completed four years of additional graduate study in psychology.
